Proudly home made
For those of you who we see regularly this wouldn’t have come as a surprise. Home made is something we’re passionate about and truly believe in (we make our own salad dressings, muffins, gluten free cakes, croutons to name a few) so preparing our own jams and preserves @ Lime seemed a natural fit.
Batch #1 was great, #2 so so, #3 was rich in flavour but a little too sweet but by batch #13 we’d nailed it. Today we serve our homemade Strawberry, Apricot & Fig Jams in store & you can take home a jar of Strawberry or Fig.
